Fighting temptation

The temptation is still there, always there, the urge to drink drug and destroy never leaves, but I'm getting used to it. It's like a rash, a nasty fucking rash, constant, annoying and painful. I'd like to scratch it till kingdom fucking come but if I do I die and I don't want to die.

Sich selber umbauen

Die zentrale Frage muss daher sein, wie ich diesen alten Halligalli-Christoph mit seinem Bedürfnis, wahrgenommen zu werden und überall dabei zu sein, umbauen kann. In den letzten drei Monaten ist ja schon einiges, was gar nicht mehr geht abgebröckelt. Aber die Aufgabe wird sein, weitere Seile loszulassen und einen Weg einzuschlagen, der wahrscheinlich nicht mehr viel zu tun hat mit dem, den man mal gegangen ist. Dem hinterherzutrauern bringt nichts. Das ist gewesen, und das ist traurig, aber das ist eben so ... Der nächste Schritt muss sein zu schauen, was man in seiner Eigenart noch so tun kann, auf welchem anderen Gebiet man tätig werden kann. Mehr ist es ja nicht.
